Wedding Ceremonies
Your wedding will honour your love and commitment to each other. The
ceremony will be designed to
reflect your individual styles, whether it may be
intimate, simple, elegant, romantic, traditional or spiritual. Your wedding day
will be relaxed and a joyful celebration of your union.
So that you feel confident your wedding celebration will be truly memorable as
one of the happiest days of your life, with the least amount of stress, it’s
vital that you have a rapport with your celebrant.
It is important that your Wedding Ceremony is perfect for you both. While
there are some certain paperwork and words to make the ceremony legal, it is
the language of the heart that makes it special to you as a couple
and to
your family and friends.
The wedding ceremony will be crafted just for you! We will use
personal information to the extent that you want. After composing the first
draft with your input - you will receive an email for your approval,
corrections, or changes.
You have unlimited consultations and complete final approval of
the ceremony with your wedding celebrant. We can introduce any
readings, symbolism or other elements - and in the end, you will have
the perfect
wedding ceremony.
Some
added extra rituals or symbols that can be used in any Civil Marriage
Ceremony are a Butterfly release ceremony, Sand pouring ceremony,
Lighting of the Unity candle, Hand fasting, the rose ceremony or even
warming of the rings
Renewal of Vows
Many couples choose to hold a second wedding when
approaching a significant anniversary. Perhaps newlyweds held their wedding
ceremony in another location and people significant to then could not make it.
Renewal of vows is not a legal ceremony and adaptations to
vows and wording must be made to reflect the true nature of the ceremony and to
avoid misinterpretation. Certificates can be created celebrating their
re-commitment to each other and including their extended family.
Baby Naming Ceremony / Other Celebrations
An alternative to a christening, a name giving event allows
a new born to be introduced to its family and wider community. The use of
readings, symbols and other facets of the ceremony provide the parents with an
opportunity to acknowledge significant people in the baby's life and to explain
the name chosen for the baby.
Certificates are provided for the baby, grandparents
or guardians to mark the day and their role in the ceremony. Themes such as
"fairies" and "teddy bears" are often used to personalise
the day. And wish boxes, signature frames, videos etc are all wonderful ways to
collect memories of the day.
